Our reward system is built on individual approach and personal accountability of every employee. We use Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to meet our requirements as precisely as possible. Together, with your team leader, you set your OKRs for the next several months. After this pre-set period there is a session, where you discuss, whether all objectives were met according to your mutual expectation.

Moreover, there is a one-on-one session with your team leader, where he can give you a feedback on your performance. On the other hand, it is an opportunity to mention all advantages as well as drawbacks that you consider here at Avocode.

Furthermore, Avocode looks for these 4 essential criteria:

  1. Productivity - How efficient was the work you finished?
  2. Skill level - How difficult and critical are the kinds of problems you solve?
  3. Group contribution - How much do you contribute to a well-functioning office, hiring, integrating people into the team, improving workflow or supporting your colleagues?

  4. Company contribution - How much of your work matters to the company as a whole?
